I'll be curious to see if this update brings the "kerning" feature to the macOS version. * In all fairness, Microsoft is far from the the only cross-platform software developer that seems to go out of their way to make lesser Mac versions of their products. Since the update, I now have the ugly, garish formatting marks that I typically see on Windows actually the new formatting marks look far worse than what I see in Word 2013 at work. Before updating, when I showed formatting marks in Word on the Mac I would get very clean, unintrusive blue markups on the page. One area where sharing a codebase backfires is some of the aesthetics.

When a PDF is created, the headers do not create a table of contents (PDF bookmarks) and links in the Word document are dead in the PDF. In-app purchases and $99 cost to circumvent the App store policy/pricing = no deal. Omnigraffle works on iPad and imports and exports to Visio. rather than scrawl handwritten notes to then re-do in visio later.
I really want Visio for the iPad, so that i can actually do diagrams while walking around a campus.
